HubSpot Implementation Specialist

The goal of the HubSpot Implementation Specialist is to facilitate the use of HubSpot software to improve the efforts of the sales, customer service, and the marketing teams. Their job is to ensure that whoever needs to use the software interacts smoothly with the technology. While their role is ultimately the “CRM Evangelist”

We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the CRM strategy. The specialist will also be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions. The main area of focus is to support and make best-practice recommendations to all teams which use the CRM solution. Additionally, in this role, one would need to collaborate with business areas to gather and document new and existing requirements while providing recommendations and suggestions for solutions. CRM specialists should be skilled in marketing as well as in the IT field. They would need to understand the software, should be able to run complicated data sets, and discern meanings from the same. Their marketing skills would come to the forefront through assisting the marketing teams to tweak and hone multifaceted communications programs designed to drive sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven work experience in HubSpot
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
  • Knowledge of digital marketing methods and best practices
  • Strong mathematical skills to analyze reports and work with large data sets and discern meaning from patterns and spot trends
    • Advanced level Excel knowledge
  • Commercial awareness to understand the target market and design campaigns accordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect
  • Strategic and tactical guidance on how to integrate the CRM with internal legacy platforms
  • Project Management Skills; ability to teach customers and team members to follow processes and manage 
  • Public speaking skills that allow them to train sales and marketing users on CRM software
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
